Description: This is the story of Kelly Tarlton, the “Mel Fisher” of New Zealand. He was involved in a multitude of salvage operations in New Zealand, including the “Elingamite” and “General Grant”. Kelly also worked with Mel Fisher on the “Atocha” near Key West, Florida, and on the “Lutine” off the Holland coast. He spent his last years building museums and aquariums in New Zealand.  One of the “Top 75 Books”.
