The first edition was entitled, “Treasure in the Sun” (see #C-1112).  This title is the greatly expanded second edition (stated) and was published by the Great Outdoors Publishing Co., St. Petersburg, Florida (1961), in paperback.  50,000 copies of the second edition were published.  A  third edition was published in 1971 in paperback.
Description:
This book is a largely about scuba diving, but includes the sunken treasure stories from the author’s prior book, “Treasure in the Sun” (#C-1112).  The chapters include scuba equipment, diving medicine, spear fishing, tournaments, underwater photography…and treasure hunting.  Also included is a centerfold map of Florida treasure locations, and a listing of 66 documented Florida treasures.
