Editions: The first edition (First Printing, First Edition – stated) was published by Fletcher and Fletcher Publishing, Charleston, South Carolina (1996) in paperback. This is the only edition that was published, contrary to the statement on the third page of the book (the hardback edition referred to was never produced as the publisher went bankrupt shortly after the paperback edition was published).
